This is a sample rich text email with the branding from our facebook and website. We can use this to send some more professional looking emails, for example we occassionally send out "Thank You" and "Update" messages from the team to sponsors, supporters and friends of "ic". the rich text format allows us to include some low res photos and links back to facebook, website and youtube channels.
	We can use the Kompozer open source HTML editor to modify the base template. You can download Kompozer from http://www.kompozer.net/download.php. We can then copy and paste the HTML code into an email. Note that when you are working with rich text emails you should always send a test email to yourself so that you can check that it looks ok before you send it out to a large group of email addresses. Maybe also send to another team member to get them to review it too!
			With SendBlaster 3 we can connect to the SMTP email server to actually send the HTML email. This tool may also help us to manage our mailling list.
