How Can I Get Involved?

In ICRobotics...

Becoming a student (aged 14-18 yrs) - We are looking to grow the number of student team members in ICRobotics so that more young people can get enjoyment out of this amazing program. If you have an interest in hardware, software, business (inc. media, marketing, admin) and would like to join us, please apply! Recruitment period is August - September every year. Follow us on social media or email us if you want to be notified of the application opening date for 2020.

Deep Space 2019

This season, ICRobotics designed and built two robots - their names, Dizzy (South Pacific Regional competition) and Muck (Duel Down Under competition) - competing in March and July respectively. To see our robots in action on the field, head over to our YouTube channel HERE

PowerUp 2018

 Welcome to the 2018 FIRST Robotics Competition - 'Power Up'! The IC build and software teams are currently hard at work designing and prototyping this year's robot. Meanwhile, the business team are back in action creating team videos, writing awards and developing the IC brand. As with every year, the team has only 6 WEEKS to complete the challenge and be ready for competition up in Sydney, NSW. Will they get the result they're after in time?

This season the FRC game is "Steamworks" and we have had a great time building our robot, learning the rules and preparing to compete! We have just finished the six week 'build season' (from January through February) and are now looking forward to competing at the Southern Cross Australian FRC Regional competition in March!
